1. Make sure to check your inbox for the calendar invite so you can add this appointment to your calendar. It’s extremely crucial that you manually do this to make sure you don’t miss your scheduled time slot.

2. Make sure to also click ‘I know this sender’ so you see the reminder emails come through, otherwise it will end in your spam box.
