Welcome to Switching Lanes! I’m Randy Huling, a 38-year-old automotive industry veteran based in Sioux Falls, with a passion for driving success—both on the lot and in the careers of salespeople. With over a decade of experience, I’ve built a reputation as a top performer, leader, and mentor who helps dealerships and individuals crush their goals.
I was born and raised in Rapid City, S.D and later moved to Sioux Falls, S. D. I have one daughter and a pet dog named Lulu! In my free time I enjoy the outdoors and time with my loved ones.
My career kicked off in sales, where I quickly found my stride. In my early years, I averaged 24 cars sold per month, and scaled up to 40 cars a month, hitting a personal best of 41 cars in a single month. That relentless drive led me to a sales manager role, where I sharpened my leadership skills. Later, I helped launch, with a few good friends, a highly successful dealership in the Sioux Falls area from the ground up, proving my ability to build a thriving business.
